The Cabin Crew Training program is specially designed for young people who aspire to pursue a career in Aviation as a Flight Attendant.

We train you to develop your interview skills that you must demonstrate at the interview and that are expected by the worlds leading airlines. PDTI consist of world class trainers who have interviewed Cabin Crew candidates from around the world as well as, trained Cabin Crew from all continents and made a significant difference to Cabin Crew across the globe.

Our main focus is to prepare you for the interview and for you to demonstrate the level of confidence and competencies that are expected by the respective airline. The program provides trainees with knowledge and competency development in communication, soft skills, insight into hospitality and personal development.

We will equip you with the necessary skills that a candidate MUST possess before attending a cabin crew interview with leading airlines.

Program Details

Trainer / Facilitator

Shirantha Peiris who has 35 years' experience in Aviation working for two national airlines, Srilankan Airlines as cabin manager/ cabin crew and in the management team of one of the largest airlines, Etihad Airways, The National Airline of United Arab Emirates.

He is a qualified Cabin Crew interviewer with wide exposure of interviewing candidates for airlines. He has trained people from every continent where apart from his training tasks he also was managing and leading large teams from around the world.

All applicants must be able to communicate in English fluently in order to be eligible to join the program.
